Stable laying and broiler hens
In a house for laying or broiler chickens, windows are often provided. These windows ensure that the required 3% incidence of light is met. Too much light, however, causes stress by chickens.
The adjustable sails on your chicken house can be adjusted during the peak hours of the sun in such a way that no light enters. They also ensure that you can meet an uninterrupted period of darkness of at least 8 hours.
We use a special type of sails, which allows the house to be completely darkened.
The specially developed sail consists of 3 layers:
- Layer 1: PVC sail in a grey colour
- Layer 2: A specially developed black film that does not let through UV and sunlight
- Layer 3: PVC sail in a grey colour as finish
Connect to the central control software or control with button
The adjustable sails at your henhouse can be connected to the existing central control software. The control software ensures that the sails are controlled automatically, but they can always be controlled with a button if desired.
Stable free range and free range hens
A stable for free range or free range chickens can be equipped with Wintergarten. Chickens peck at light. Therefore, the chicken spout or Wintergarten so constructed that there is 100% tarpaulin is provided at the level of the chickens. The cover does not let light through, so chickens of stress are saved.
Above the level of the chickens, a light and air permeable mesh can be provided. In this way fresh air circulates into the house without any draughts.
At the Wintergarten adjustable sails can be provided. These adjustable sails roll up from bottom to top so the chickens can easily in and out to stable. Once the chickens go back into the coop, these sails can be closed again and it is completely dark again in the house.

Dry manure storage
Our sails can also be mounted on the manure storage.
When you mount sails around the manure storage area, you stop dust and the biggest rain. This preserves sufficient natural ventilation and the manure can dry well.
The manure storage can also be fitted with a Maxidoor. This door offers some advantages:
- Can handle large dimensions
- Resistant to ammonia from the stored manure
