Our range has recently been expanded to include fans. From now on, you can be assured of finding an all-in-one ventilation solution with us. The necessary expertise is provided free of charge. Expanding our range with fans was a conscious choice, as we firmly believe that there is nothing more important than the well-being of our customers and their livestock.
Optimaal stalklimaat
Een hoogproductieve koe ondervindt hittestress vanaf een temperatuur van 20°C. Dit is al snel een viertal maanden per jaar. Onder een hoogproductieve koe verstaan we een koe die heel wat melk produceert. Een hoge melkproductie vraagt heel wat energie van de koe. Bij hittestress heeft de koe energie nodig om af te koelen, waardoor de melkproductie daalt.
Voornamelijk als het windstil is en er hogere temperaturen heersen, is het noodzakelijk om bijkomende ventilatie te voorzien om het ventilatieverhaal af te maken. Een combinatie van natuurlijke ventilatie en ventilatoren zorgt niet alleen tijdens een hittegolf, maar ook tijdens de rest van de zomermaanden voor een optimaal geventileerde stal, wat de gezondheid van de dieren te goede komt. En daar draait het uiteindelijk om.
Met de uitbreiding spelen we in op de groeiende vraag van klanten, die niet in het minst gevoed werd door de vele warme periodes waarmee we de voorgaande zomers te maken kregen.
Always in time thanks to the climate computer
The tarpaulins as well as the fans are controlled by a climate computer. To ensure an optimum indoor climate, the following parameters are constantly measured:
- Indoor temperature
- Outdoor temperature
- Rain
- Humidity
- Wind direction
- Wind speed
In addition to ventilation, aspects such as lighting, heating and cooling can also be linked to the computer. This ensures that your livestock will always enjoy an optimum climate in the stable and that you, as a farmer, will always be aware of what is going on in good time. Beneficial to animals as well as people!

Energy-saving fans
Our range has been expanded with the following Abbi-Aerotech fans:
- ABBIfan XXP1 fan
- ABBIfan XXP2 fan
- ABBI-Apex 36 AXG
No frequency control
All fans are operated without frequency control, so there is no interference with milking equipment, power feeding stations, manure robots, cattle identification systems, and so on. This strongly distinguishes Abbi-Aerotech fans from other brands.
Little maintenance
Thanks to their sophisticated design, these fans require hardly any maintenance.
Extremely low power consumption
The power consumption of these fans is extremely low compared to other fans, resulting in a much shorter payback period.
